Job Description

Drata is looking for an experienced Business Operations Manager to join the company. This person will be a key, cross-functional member of the team and should have experience working collaboratively across the business units of a fast-growing, B2B SaaS startup. We’re looking for someone who can provide leadership and expertise around our sales and marketing operations and ensure that we’re optimizing available data streams in order to produce sophisticated analysis and razor sharp strategic planning and decision-making. We pride ourselves on doing more with less, and will look for someone to match (or better yet, exceed) our ability to operate and execute swiftly in the weeds while also zooming out to plan long-term strategy. This role will report to Drata’s Director, Demand Generation.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Lead analytics-driven, cross-functional initiatives that support customer acquisition, monetization, and retention efforts, including lead routing, campaign operations, workflow buildout and more

  • Evaluate technical tools and provide detailed analysis to business stakeholders; create comprehensive implementation roadmap and training programs upon adoption 

  • Serve as the central point of contact for the company’s performance management foundation; partner with leadership on KPIs, assess real time performance, drive development of dashboards and provide detailed readouts 

  • Work in tandem with Drata’s internal IT team to build and augment a centralized business tech stack; seamlessly integrate new tools when necessary 

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing leadership to operationalize data-driven GTM strategies for new product offerings and major feature rollouts

Qualifications

  • 4+ of business operations experience with demonstrated leadership in analytics and performance management

  • Sharp market research capabilities with an ability to effectively gather, analyze, and disseminate key information and recommendations across an organization

  • Detailed knowledge of tech stack across marketing, customer success, and sales, namely Hubspot, Vitally, Intercom, Zapier, and/or Segment

  • Top-notch communicator with a penchant for translating technical content into digestible enablement materials

  • Can lead on necessary technical tasks such as running SQL queries, writing tracking calls, setting up APIs, webhooks, etc. 

  • Familiar with digital marketing channels, pixels, and attribution 

  • Must be a self-starter who excels at multitasking and thrives in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize and shift workload to meet swift deadlines
