Revenue Marketing Lead
- Full-time
Company Description
At Dragonboat, we're on a mission to revolutionize the way product teams make decisions and execute strategy. Our AI platform empowers product and portfolio leaders at companies like Intuit, BBC, and US Bank to drive outcomes with data-driven insights—helping them get the most out of their product investments.
As we continue our growth, we’re focused on scaling a repeatable, high-quality pipeline engine to support our enterprise expansion—and we’re looking for a Revenue Marketing Lead to help us get there.
Job Description
We’re looking for a high-energy, full-stack, and entrepreneurial Revenue Marketing Lead to own pipeline generation end-to-end.
As a member of our efficient marketing team, you’ll work closely with senior leadership, product marketing, and sales to turn positioning into pipeline, experiments into systems, and ideas into revenue.
This is a highly cross-functional and hands-on role. You’ll operate across strategy and execution—building, testing, and scaling programs that drive measurable business impact.
If you thrive in fast-moving environments, enjoy solving ambiguous problems, and love building from scratch, this is the role for you.
What You’ll Do
Own pipeline generation
- Own and drive qualified pipeline creation across inbound and outbound-assisted channels
- Build and execute full-funnel programs aligned to our enterprise sales motion
- Focus on revenue impact—not just MQL volume
Turn messaging into pipeline
- Translate Dragonboat’s positioning into:
- Campaigns
- Outbound narratives
- Paid and organic programs
Build and run B2B experiments
- Design and execute rapid experiments across channels, audiences, and offers
- Develop hypotheses, measure performance, and double down on what works
- Identify and unlock new sources of pipeline (paid, ABM, partnerships, outbound support, etc.)
Leverage AI as a GTM builder
- Use AI and modern tooling to scale personalization, content, and campaign velocity
- Automate workflows across marketing and sales to improve efficiency and impact
- Continuously explore new tools and approaches to modern GTM
Build repeatable growth systems
- Create scalable playbooks for pipeline generation and campaign execution
- Improve funnel conversion and performance over time
- Partner closely with sales to optimize handoffs, feedback loops, and revenue outcomes
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
- 5–8+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or similar roles in B2B SaaS or AI
- Proven track record of driving pipeline or revenue (not just leads)
- Experience working in a sales-led motion, ideally with mid-market and enterprise customers
Builder mindset
- You’ve built programs from scratch—not just optimized existing channels
- You’re comfortable operating without “cookie-cutter playbooks”
- You take initiative to test new ideas and uncover new opportunities
Strategic + hands-on
- Able to think strategically while executing day-to-day
- Strong understanding of funnels, conversion, and attribution
- Data-informed but action-oriented
AI-native and experimental
- Comfortable using AI tools to improve speed, personalization, and output
- Curious about how AI is reshaping modern go-to-market teams
Collaborative and commercial
- Strong partner to sales, with a shared focus on revenue outcomes
- Able to work cross-functionally with product marketing and content
- Clear communicator who can align teams around what’s working
Bonus Points
- Experience marketing to product, technology, transformation, or portfolio leaders
- Familiarity with Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) or related categories
- Experience with ABM, outbound-assisted growth, or enterprise GTM strategies
- Comfort working with data, systems, or light technical tooling
