We are focused on creating elegant solutions to complex problems.

As such, we’re looking for a creative and driven UX Designer to join our product team. You will:

• Design and iterate end-to-end user experiences collaborating with product management, engineering and business partners 

• Leverage data, user research and testing to continuously improve product design and usability

• Continuously improve our product design practice

• 4+ years professional experience in product design, with a minimum of 2+ years experience designing B2B SaaS products

• Enterprise Software/SaaS products experience with strong emphasis on workflow and reporting

• Strong experience in building upon existing products with both incremental improvements and appropriate transformational changes

• Solid experience in workflow design and analysis, Usability, extensible styling

• Experience in prototyping, UI Design, Interaction Design

• Ability to effectively influence design and product approach

• Deep understanding of how to take persona learnings and apply them to SaaS designs

• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional leadership to be the voice of design

• An enthusiastic and creative leader with the ability to inspire others

• System thinker with agile mindset

• Data driven; desire to measure results

• Strong ability to problem solve and proactively trade off between time and scope 

• Effective and efficient in working with remote teams and diverse work styles
