To lead and manage the end-to-end development of complex parenteral peptide formulations for global generic markets. This role demands deep scientific expertise in peptide chemistry, sterile product development, and drug-device integration, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality, regulatory-compliant products. The Delivery Manager will drive innovation, cross-functional alignment, and strategic execution to enable successful commercialization of differentiated peptide-based injectables.

Key Responsibilities:

Project & Delivery Oversight

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of peptide parenteral formulation projects.
• Ensure alignment with global regulatory timelines and commercial readiness.
• Drive cross-functional meetings to resolve bottlenecks and track milestones.

Technical & Scientific Leadership

• Guide formulation strategies for peptides including solubilization, stability, and delivery challenges.
• Apply QbD, DoE, and advanced analytical tools to optimize formulations.
• Oversee scale-up, technology transfer, and clinical manufacturing readiness.

Drug-Device Integration

• Collaborate with device experts to develop combination products (e.g., prefilled syringes, autoinjectors).
• Ensure compatibility of peptides with delivery systems, packaging, and extractables/leachables standards 

Regulatory & Documentation Excellence

• Ensure submission-ready documentation for DMFs, NDAs, and global filings.
• Support regulatory interactions and address technical queries effectively.

Innovation & Risk Management

• Scout and implement novel technologies (e.g., nanoparticle encapsulation, sustained release systems.
• Identify risks across formulation lifecycle and develop mitigation strategies.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Act as a single point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Liaise with RA, QA, IP, BE, and manufacturing teams to ensure project alignment.

Talent Development & Team Leadership

• Mentor formulation scientists and foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement across teams.

Education: M.Pharm or Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences or related field

Experience: 18+ years in sterile product development, with significant exposure to peptide formulations and drug-device products

Track Record: Successful development and launch of at least 15 complex products; published research/patents preferred.

Skills & Competencies:

Formulation & Process Development: Recognized authority in parenteral peptide formulation

Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of global regulatory frameworks (ICH, FDA, EMA)

Project Management: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver on time
