Job Description

Job Summary
This role is for a Visual Inspection Specialist responsible for ensuring product quality through manual and automated inspections, maintaining GMP documentation, and supporting regulatory readiness. The position involves operating inspection machinery, performing line clearance, preparing qualification kits, and maintaining accurate records for audits. You will contribute to operational excellence by troubleshooting equipment, implementing CAPA, and driving continuous improvement through Kaizen and 5S. The role emphasizes adherence to safety protocols, LOTO procedures, and promoting safety awareness among team members. Additionally, you will support preventive maintenance, calibration, and cross-functional coordination to ensure efficient inspection operations.
Roles & Responsibilities
• You will be responsible for maintaining inspection areas, performing visual inspections, and operating automated inspection machines.
• You will be responsible for executing batch records (manual/MES), line clearance, and preparing KNAPP and qualification kits.
• You will be responsible for complying with GMP guidelines, maintaining inspection records, and ensuring readiness for audits.
• You will be responsible for suggesting improvements in machine operation, implementing corrective actions, and enhancing inspection processes.
• You will be responsible for conducting deviation investigations, reviewing production MBRs, and reconciling process/facility documents.
• You will be responsible for promoting safety awareness, conducting toolbox talks (TBTs), and enforcing LOTO procedures.
• You will be responsible for performing CLTI activities, verifying calibration, troubleshooting minor equipment issues, and supporting preventive maintenance.
• You will be responsible for driving continuous improvement through Kaizen, reporting near misses, implementing 5S, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

Educational qualification: Graduation in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Microbiology, or a related field is mandatory.
 Minimum work experience:
4 to 8  years of experience
