Core Project Management:
- Prepare project plans with milestones, project budget in consultation with relevant stakeholders
- Monitor product development projects against monthly targets as well as milestones systematically and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to bring the projects on track, wherever necessary
- Track and periodically update project progress in project management tools
- Identify risks and devise mitigation plans
- Track and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to close open issues before filing
- Collaborate with development partners to monitor project timelines
- Handling the deficiency management system to respond the queries within the time.
- Apply Lean Daily Management principles to manage projects
MIS & Governing :
- Contribute to project/portfolio prioritization activities in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
- Prepare pre-defined and ad-hoc status reports (e.g., MIS), rolling plans (e.g. for Exhibit batches, bio-equivalence studies etc.) and/or presentations (e.g. for Business Heads)
- Central SPOC: Play the role of a central SPOC to interact with the following teams:
- FR&D, AR&D & Pkg team for alignment & driving project activities
- SCM for timely availability of RM/PM/Tools/Punches/Reference Drugs
- Clinical team for planning/slotting and executing bio equivalence studies
- QA/QC/MSAT/ Production for Technology transfer
- Regulatory Affairs for timely availability of relevant licenses.
- Production/Planning team for slotting and executing trial batches, pilot bio batches, confirmatory batches and exhibit batches
- Plant QA/QC & R&D for post-EB documents and dossier filing support.
Qualifications
Educational qualification: Bachelor's degree or higher in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
Minimum work experience- 8-10 Years of Experience in formulation development related with minimum of 3years experience in project management,
Requirements:
- Sound understanding of project management practices in Pharma sector
- Business Acumen & Technical understanding of Product development cycle in China, Brazil and Emerging markets
- Advanced MS-Office (especially MS-Project, Excel and PowerPoint) skills
- Excellent communication skills, analytical skills and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Willingness to learn
