Job summary
We are seeking a diligent individual to drive changes in artworks, ensuring compliance with market, regulatory, and production requirements. This role involves overseeing the entire process, from proofreading to managing documentation and change control processes, with a focus on creating accurate and compliant artworks using Corel Draw and Adobe Illustrator.

Roles & Responsibilities
• You will be responsible for implementing changes in artworks based on market, regulatory, production, or location requirements, which includes proofreading artworks and developing mock-ups for various packaging materials and purposes.
• You will ensure proper documentation, and preparation of component specifications, Material Requirement Sheets (MRS), Standard Test Procedures (STPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), packaging datasheets, and other related documents.
• You will be responsible for overseeing all activities until a component is received for usage, including proof approvals in the plant or on-site as needed.
• Additionally, you will handle change control processes and be accountable for creating artworks in Corel Draw and Adobe Illustrator.

Educational qualification: A Bachelor’s in Packaging Technology

Minimum work experience: 2 years of experience in Packaging Development

Technical Skills
• Technical expertise in packaging materials, showcasing a thorough understanding of the properties and applications of various packaging materials.
• Proficiency in printing technologies related to packaging, emphasizing knowledge of different printing methods and their applications.
• Skill in artwork designing using industry-standard tools such as CorelDraw and Adobe Illustrator, emphasizing the ability to create visually appealing and technically accurate packaging designs.

Behavioural skills
• Strong team skills, actively contributing to collaborative efforts and fostering a positive team environment.
