Job Description

1. Establish a multi-year Continuous Improvement (CI) process for the unit with the aim to implement world-class operations.

   2.1dentify areas of improvement to be undertaken across FTO 7 and FT09.

  3.Address issues, needs through appropriate action.

 4.Drive project execution by deploying Continuous Improvement Methodology & Lean / Six Sigma / Kaizen.

5.Champion CI methodology and tools across FTO 7 & F TO C).

6.Execute standardized approach to CI across the unit, including common tools, standardized template and harmonized training using appropriate methodology.

7.Ensure coaching, mentoring and training employees in the understanding and deployment of CI methodology and practices.

8.Provide MIS updates (Cost Improvements, Total Savings Reports) to Project Management.

  1. Participate in weekly project meetings and meeting with HOD.
  2. Identify the most important Value stream of the plant as the Manager Model

11. Strategize and implement the Maturity model based methodology to create best performance in the industry across I)QDSCM (productivity, Quality, Delivery, Safety, Cost and Moral) and ultimately leading to Autonomous / Self-Managed environment. 12. Be the catalyst of change at site for adopting best practices, imbibing the values of GMO in daily standard work,

  1. Understanding stakeholder's expectations & resistance and influencing them to adopt Lean six sigma as a way of liíè at the site.
  2. Creating systems and structures to sustain the momentum of transformation as well as the gains realized from the completed project.

Qualifications

Educational qualification: Masters in Business along with B.E/B.tech.

Minimum work experience: 12 to 15 years of experience in a pharma industry, Process Industries like fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG,) Information Technology (IT) or any process industry.

Skills & attributes:
Technical Skills

  • Master Black Belt/ Black Belt Certifications in Lean Six Sigma, Certification in project management and other improvement methodology.
  • Prior experiences in internal/external process consulting
  • Good knowledge of Lean Six Sigma Methodology & Tools
  • Knowledge of Consulting practices, Process Excellence Framework
  • Understanding of strategic Planning and business processes
  • Good in data Analytics and providing recommendations
  • Overall understanding of Operations, R&D, Supply Chain, operations/Management
