Dr Reddy’s Foundation (DRF) is a not-for-profit organization set up in 1996 to enable socially and economically vulnerable groups to take control of their lives. We develop and test innovative solutions to address complex social problems and promote scaling up of impact by leveraging partnerships. We work with Children, Youth (including Persons with Disabilities) Women and Households across 20 States in India

Purpose of this position is to partner with Digital Trainer to offer training to aspirants at Dr Reddy’s Foundation’s Skilling initiative GROW better skills and better jobs. Core of the skilling program is to develop predefined skillset in aspirants to enable them to suit to entry level employment opportunities in organised sector. 

1. Get the classroom, digital tools and the students ready to connect with remote trainer.
2. Collaborate with remote trainer to facilitate delivering the sessions, completion of assignments, facilitate activities in classroom, and monitor the progress of assignments given to students.
3. Organize ongoing assessments to map the students’ progress. Collect feedback with the students and share with L&D as and when needed.
4. Offer counselling to students if needed.
5. Conduct parents meet to present progress of the students

Functional Competencies:

1.  Good at basic Ms office (Excel, Word) 
2.  Fluency in English language (speaking, writing)
3. Good at basic English grammar
4. Can talk in front of 20 people without any fear
