Dough Re Mi is on the hunt for a (very) part-time, remote superstar to join our dynamic team! If you've got a knack for making customers' hearts sing and a sense of humor that can turn frowns upside down, keep reading because we've got a gig that's right up your alley.

As our Customer Service Representative, you'll be the hero of the day, tackling customer questions, concerns, and issues across various channels. Get ready to rock the customer service world with:

• Responding to social media comments, DMs, emails, phone calls, and even those hilarious Google reviews (because our customers are everywhere, and we're ready to meet them)
• Using the feedback you've seen as fuel for your brainstorming sessions, coming up with ideas to enhance our customer experience (because we're all about continuous improvement and exceeding expectations)
• Communicating with the General Manager and fulfillment team, ensuring they're in the loop on any necessary actions like remaking an order or issuing a refund (because teamwork makes the dream work, and we've got each other's backs)

• Can you dedicate 5-10 hours per week, with a schedule that's as sporadic as a squirrel on caffeine? If you're flexible, we'll make it work (because life can be unpredictable, and so can your availability)
• Got a phone and a trusty computer? Great, because we need you to connect with customers and make their day, one conversation at a time (technology to the rescue)
• Have a quiet space where you can answer calls without a marching band playing in the background? We're serious about giving our customers the VIP treatment (no noise, no distractions, just pure customer service bliss)
