Conducts comprehensive system-wide review and analysis of all aspects of the National Airspace System (NAS)   development life cycle, particularly the Air Traffic Control (ATC) system, including ATC automation, communications, and navigation and surveillance elements of the NAS. Provides expertise in the transition of legacy systems to modernized systems.

Bachelor's Degree in engineering (civil, electrical, electronic, chemical, industrial, mechanical, aeronautical, or computer) from a college or university with a degree curriculum accredited by the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET).
