A leading Insurance Brokerage seeks to recruit a dynamic and results-oriented CEO/Principal Officer to lead a team on development of medical insurance broking business at individual, SME and corporate level.

The CEO will lead this high-growth medical insurance brokerage startup, leveraging the foundation, reputation, and resources of our established over 20- year sister firm.

This role requires an entrepreneurial leader who can build an agile, modern brokerage from the ground up while strategically navigating corporate synergies with the sister enterprise.

Core Responsibilities •

Define the startup’s unique value proposition and long-term strategic roadmap.

• Build agile operational frameworks, workflows, and technology stacks from scratch.

• Lead aggressive customer acquisition strategies to penetrate the .

• Capitalize on the sister firm's historical reputation to fast-track market trust.

• Collaborate with the sister firm’s leadership to unlock cross-selling opportunities.

• Provide regular strategic updates to the Board of Directors and key stakeholders.

• Ensure strict adherence to healthcare regulations and licensing requirements.

• Foster a fast-paced, innovative startup culture centered on client advocacy.

• Implement performance-driven compensation structures and incentive models.

Experience & Education 

Minimum 8–10 years in insurance brokerage or healthcare leadership is a must.

• Proven experience launching a business unit, startup, or new division.

• Experience working within a group of companies or multi-entity structures.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Healthcare; MBA is a plus.

Skills & Competencies

• Ability to build systems independently.

• Existing executive-level relationships with major health insurance carriers.

• Expert at shifting between high-level strategy and hands-on execution.

• Familiarity with modern CRM tools
