They specialize in row crops, organic farming, mixed farming, livestock integration and utilize the latest agronomic technologies to stay ahead in a competitive industry.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Farm Manager & Agronomist to oversee daily farm operations while providing expert agronomic support. This dual role involves managing staff, optimizing crop and animal production, and ensuring the implementation of best practices in soil and plant health.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage all farm operations including planting, irrigation, fertilization, pest control, and harvesting

  • Develop and implement crop rotation and planting schedules

  • Analyze soil data and crop performance to provide agronomic advice

  • Monitor crop health and recommend treatments for diseases and pests

  • Lead a team of farm workers and ensure health & safety standards are met

  • Manage farm budgets, procurement, and equipment maintenance

  • Maintain detailed records of operations, yields, and input usage

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, or related field 

  • Proven experience in farm management and agronomy (minimum 5 years)

  • Strong knowledge of crop production systems, soil science, and precision agriculture

  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work in a physically demanding, outdoor environment

  • Proficiency with farm management software and modern agri-tech tools

  • Valid driver’s license (tractor included)
