We are seeking to recruit a qualified Poultry Manager to work on a farm in Isinya.

• They should have rich and precise knowledge in technical production and rearing of farming skills.
• Should have at least 5 years’ experience with similar experience
• Should be ready to work and reside on the farm
• Should have a minimum of Diploma in a related field
• Have a can-do attitude to work and possess ambition and a desire to learn new skills to build an accomplished career.
• Prepare reports as required by the supervisor.
• Be able to assign duties to the poultry workers e.g. duties might include feeding poultry, shipping eggs, or maintaining buildings. In larger hatcheries,
• a poultry farm supervisor might oversee the machinery that performs certain tasks, such as egg collection.
• Records data and creates reports on worker attendance, budget, supplies, and animal growth. 

• Should be excellent in communication
• Should demonstrate a high level of honesty and integrity
• Should be proactive and self-motivated
• Should maintain a high level of honesty and integrity
• Should be able to demonstrate a proven strong track record of success in the poultry industry
• Ability to work with minimum or no supervision.

SALARY BUDGET: 40,000 Gross
