Purpose of the Job

The job holder of this position is expected to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns with the goal of delivering sales to the organization. The job holder will manage the Company  sales organization and maintain marketing activities to ensure a high quality of deals are consisting flowing within the sales organisation.

Qualifications

Key Task and Responsibility

●    In liaison with the Director, develop a brand plan and brand strategy that ensures all aspects of the product and marketing activities undertaken are aligned to the objectives and goals of the company. 
●    Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands the company customer base.
●    Drive sales activity to achieve the company monthly sales targets.
●    Act as the company sales champion internally, ensuring all direct reports in the sales team  understand the brand and its goals.
●    Assess and evaluate PR and marketing agencies/third parties to engage in the execution of  brand campaigns.
●    Develop strategies and manage marketing campaigns across print, broadcast and online platforms to ensure that products and services awareness reaches the target audience and meet customers’ expectations in order to build the credibility of the organization.
●    Continually identify ways the company can do marketing and improve sales
●    Prepare and make  presentations to different customer segments of the company.
●    Design and implement campaigns across - social media, search, display, above the line engagement/communication
●    Continuously monitor the performance of all campaigns and agencies managing the same in order to improve the campaign impact and management
●    Provide information to the Director based on the feedback from different customers on products and services of the Company.
 

Additional Information

Key Requirements

●    Bachelors or Diploma in a relevant field. 
●     5 years experience in sales and marketing or/and direct sales and has proven experience in working with contractors.

●    Good influencing and marketing skills to act as the interface between end market business units and delivery of customer requirements while adhering to a global approach.
●    Have proven experience working with architects, real estate developers, contractors, and other built environment industry professionals.
●    Have proven records of surpassing sales and marketing targets
●    Strong business acumen and commercial awareness
●    High level of leadership skills and team management skills. Able to inspire and motivate a team. 
●    Focused on delivering business value and sales
●    Ability to build strong relationships with priority stakeholders
●    Good with Planning and Organizing
