Job Description

Domino's is looking for a Sustainability Reporting Lead (1 year contract to cover maternity leave)

Domino’s Pizza Enterprises (ASX:DMP) is a business focused on the long-term, with a clear understanding of our responsibility towards present and future generations. Our mission is to be the dominant sustainable delivery Quick Service Restaurant in every market we operate. We have published our sustainability report since 2021 reporting against GRI and SASB standards and committed to the Science-Based Targets initiative (SBTi) Net-Zero Standard. We are looking for someone who’s as ambitious as us and want to have an impact at the global level!

In this role, you will accelerate the sustainability journey by collaborating across departments with colleagues from Australia, New Zealand, Taiwan, Japan, the Netherlands, France, Germany, Denmark, Belgium, Luxembourg to gather data and report our ESG performance for fiscal year 2023. In addition, you will be leading our digitalization journey to implement applications and tools for ESG data management, as well as carbon emission management. To thrive in this role, you’ll need following skills and experience:

  • Have 3~5 years of relevant work experience in ESG/sustainability reporting
  • Experienced in project management
  • Have the capability to judge the quality of sustainability/ESG report
  • Degree in Science or Business Administration, additional Master in Supply Chain / Sustainability preferred
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Team player and can work independently
  • Experienced with MS Office and fluent in English, especially in writing
  • Comfortable with managing data using excel sheet and configurating tools to align with internal reporting structure and external reporting standards, such as GRI, SASB, TCFD and the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (CSRD)
  • Passionate about reporting and sustainability
  • possess data affinity and is passionate about driving change and challenging the status quo.
  • Possess valid work permit for and based in the Netherlands 
  • Experienced in implementing reporting system on a global scale is preferred
  • Knowledge in carbon accounting is preferred
