We're looking for a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team at our Columbia location (416 S 9th Street). In this role, you'll be the face of our organization, delivering quality service and smiles to our customers throughout the community. As a Delivery Driver, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring timely and professional delivery of products while building positive relationships with the customers you serve. • Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in assigned routes throughout Columbia
• Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely arrivals and excellent customer service
• Maintain accurate delivery records, including customer signatures and delivery confirmations
• Inspect vehicle condition before and after each shift, reporting any maintenance issues promptly
• Communicate professionally with customers, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns with a friendly demeanor
• Handle products with care, ensuring items arrive in excellent condition
• Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while operating a vehicle
• Organize and load delivery items efficiently to maximize route productivity
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior and exterior
• Collaborate with the team to meet daily delivery goals and support operational efficiency

• Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license
• Minimum 2 years of driving history with a clean Motor Vehicle Record meeting company standards
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposes
• Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check and criminal background check
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Ability to navigate routes efficiently and adapt to changing delivery schedules
• Physical capability to lift, carry, and load packages safely
• Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality
• Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and genuine customer service orientation
• Ability to work independently while maintaining team collaboration
• Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge and responsibility for vehicle upkeep
• Flexibility to work varying shifts as business demands require
