We're looking for a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team in Peru, United States. As a Delivery Driver, you'll be the face of our organization, delivering quality service and smiles to our customers throughout the local community. • Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers within assigned routes and territories in the Peru area
• Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient service while minimizing fuel consumption
• Maintain accurate delivery records, including customer signatures, delivery times, and any special instructions
• Provide friendly, professional customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns with empathy and transparency
• Inspect vehicle condition before and after each shift, reporting any maintenance issues promptly
• Handle packages with care, ensuring products arrive in excellent condition
• Navigate local roads and utilize GPS technology to reach destinations efficiently
• Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding delivery status, delays, or obstacles
• Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while operating the vehicle
• Build positive relationships with customers and represent the organization professionally at all times

• Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license
• Minimum 2 years of verifiable driving history
• Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check meeting company-specific standards
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposes
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency with GPS navigation systems and mobile technology
• Physical capability to safely lift and carry packages of varying weights
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to meeting delivery schedules
• Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and genuine customer service orientation
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Familiarity with the Peru area and local road networks is preferred
• Clean driving record and willingness to pass a criminal background check
• Resilient mindset with ability to adapt to changing conditions and handle challenges professionally
