We're looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Delivery Driver to join our team at our Saint Charles location (2181 Droste Rd). As a Delivery Driver, you'll be the face of our organization, delivering quality service and smiles to our customers throughout the neighborhood. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, values customer satisfaction, and enjoys the flexibility of a dynamic delivery role. You'll play a crucial part in our mission to provide exceptional service while maintaining efficiency and professionalism on every route.

• Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in assigned routes within Saint Charles and surrounding areas
• Navigate routes efficiently using GPS and route optimization tools to maximize delivery productivity
• Provide friendly, professional customer service at each delivery point, ensuring a positive brand experience
• Carefully handle and transport packages, ensuring products arrive in excellent condition
• Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation, including signatures and delivery confirmations
• Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding route updates, delays, or customer concerns
• Perform vehicle safety checks and report any maintenance issues promptly
• Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company driving standards
• Meet delivery targets and time commitments while maintaining a flexible, goal-oriented approach
• Build positive relationships with customers and represent the organization professionally at all times

• Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license
• Minimum 2 years of verified driving history
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposes
• Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check meeting company-specific standards
• Ability to lift, carry, and safely handle packages weighing up to 50 pounds regularly
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to meeting delivery schedules
• Positive attitude with a customer-focused mindset
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing routes and schedules
• Basic knowledge of traffic safety regulations and defensive driving practices
• Comfortable using GPS navigation systems and mobile delivery applications
• Willingness to pass a criminal background check
