We're looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Delivery Driver to join our team at our St. Peters location (4167 N. St. Peters Parkway). In this role, you'll be the face of our company, delivering quality products and exceptional service to our valued customers throughout the St. Peters area. As a Delivery Driver, you'll play a crucial part in our mission to provide timely, friendly, and professional service while building lasting relationships with our community. • Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in assigned routes throughout St. Peters and surrounding neighborhoods
• Navigate routes efficiently using GPS and route optimization tools to maximize delivery productivity and minimize travel time
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers professionally, answering questions, and addressing concerns with a friendly demeanor
• Verify delivery addresses, collect payments when applicable, and maintain accurate delivery records and documentation
• Inspect vehicle daily for mechanical issues, cleanliness, and safety compliance; report maintenance needs promptly
• Handle products with care, ensuring items arrive in perfect condition and meet quality standards
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status, delays, or customer feedback
• Maintain a clean, organized vehicle interior and ensure compliance with company safety protocols at all times
• Build positive relationships with customers and represent the company brand with professionalism and integrity
• Meet delivery targets and performance goals while maintaining flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and priorities

• Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license
• Minimum 2 years of verifiable driving history
• Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check meeting company-specific standards
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for commercial delivery purposes
• Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple deliveries
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Physical capability to safely lift, carry, and load packages (up to 50 lbs regularly)
• Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and professional work ethic
• Positive attitude, resilience, and willingness to go the extra mile for customer satisfaction
• Knowledge of St. Peters area and local geography (preferred)
• Experience in delivery, customer service, or transportation roles (preferred)
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Valid proof of insurance for personal vehicle used for delivery
