We're looking for a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team in Bridgeton, United States. In this role, you'll be the face of our organization, ensuring that every delivery is handled with care, professionalism, and efficiency. As a Delivery Driver, you'll play a crucial part in our success by delivering exceptional service to our customers while maintaining the highest standards of safety and organization. • Execute timely and accurate deliveries to customers throughout the Bridgeton area, following optimized routes and delivery schedules
• Operate your vehicle safely and responsibly, adhering to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
• Safely load, transport, and unload packages, ensuring items arrive in excellent condition
• Provide friendly, professional customer service at each delivery point, addressing inquiries and resolving issues with empathy and efficiency
• Maintain detailed delivery records and documentation, ensuring accuracy and transparency in all transactions
• Communicate proactively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status, delays, or customer concerns
• Perform vehicle maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues promptly
• Build positive relationships with customers, representing our organization's commitment to excellence
• Adapt to changing schedules and delivery demands with flexibility and a collaborative mindset
• Meet daily delivery goals while maintaining a focus on quality service and customer satisfaction

• Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license
• Minimum 2 years of driving history if 18 years old; minimum 1 year of driving history if 19 years or older
• Must have access to an insured vehicle that meets company standards for delivery purposes
• Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check, meeting all company-specific safety and compliance standards
• Strong time management and route planning abilities
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills
• Physical capability to safely lift, carry, and handle packages of varying sizes and weights
• Familiarity with local area navigation or willingness to learn delivery routes quickly
• Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and professional work ethic
• Ability to work independently while remaining a collaborative team member
• Organized approach to managing multiple deliveries and maintaining accurate records
• Resilience and flexibility in adapting to schedule changes and unexpected challenges
