We're looking for a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team at our Maryland Heights location (2148 McKelvey Rd). In this role, you'll be the face of our organization, delivering quality products and exceptional service directly to our customers' doors. As a Delivery Driver, you'll play a vital part in our mission to provide timely, professional delivery services while building positive relationships with the communities we serve. • Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to assigned routes in a timely and professional manner
• Navigate routes efficiently using GPS technology and route optimization tools to maximize delivery productivity
• Provide friendly, courteous customer service at each delivery stop, addressing customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism
• Verify delivery addresses, collect payments when applicable, and maintain accurate delivery documentation
• Inspect vehicle condition daily, perform routine maintenance checks, and report any mechanical issues promptly
• Organize and load delivery items securely to prevent damage during transit
• Maintain a clean, well-organized vehicle interior and exterior representing our brand positively
• Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company driving policies to ensure safe operations
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status, delays, or customer feedback
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, encouraging repeat business and brand loyalty

• Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license
• Minimum 2 years of verifiable driving history
• Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check meeting company-specific standards
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for commercial delivery use
• Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and meet delivery schedules consistently
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
• Physical capability to safely lift, carry, and load packages of varying sizes
• Proficiency with GPS navigation systems and basic mobile technology
• Excellent organizational and route planning abilities
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining professional standards
• Valid proof of vehicle insurance and current vehicle registration
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and genuine commitment to customer satisfaction
• Willingness to pass a criminal background check as required by company policy
