We're looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Delivery Driver to join our team at our Saint Ann location (11124 Old St. Charles Rd). As a Delivery Driver, you'll be the face of our organization, delivering quality service and smiles to our customers throughout the community. You'll navigate your delivery route with precision, manage your time effectively, and build positive relationships with customers while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.

• Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers within assigned routes and territories
• Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient service to all customers
• Maintain accurate delivery records, including customer signatures, delivery times, and any special instructions
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers professionally, answering questions, and addressing concerns with empathy and transparency
• Inspect vehicles daily for mechanical issues and report maintenance needs promptly to management
• Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company driving policies to ensure safe operations
• Handle packages and products with care, ensuring items arrive in excellent condition
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status, delays, or customer feedback
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior and exterior
• Meet delivery targets and performance goals while maintaining a positive, collaborative attitude with team members

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record meeting company standards
• Minimum 2 years of driving history (if 18 years old) or 1 year of driving history (if 19 years or older)
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposes
• Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check and meet company-specific safety standards
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset
• Proficiency with GPS navigation systems and mapping technology
• Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple deliveries
• Physical capability to safely lift, carry, and load packages of varying sizes
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable with a strong work ethic
• Knowledge of traffic laws and commitment to safe driving practices
• Ability to work flexible hours, including day, evening, and closing shifts as needed
• Preferred: Previous delivery or customer service experience
