We're looking for a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team at our University City location (6963 Olive Blvd). In this role, you'll be the face of our organization, delivering quality service and smiles to our customers throughout the community. As a Delivery Driver, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring timely, safe, and professional delivery of products while building positive relationships with the customers you serve.

• Operate a vehicle safely and efficiently to deliver products to customers within assigned routes and territories
• Navigate routes using GPS technology and map applications to optimize delivery schedules and meet time management expectations
• Handle packages and products with care, ensuring they arrive in excellent condition
• Collect payments and process transactions accurately when required
• Communicate professionally and courteously with customers, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns with empathy
• Maintain accurate delivery records, including signatures, timestamps, and delivery confirmations
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues promptly
• Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while operating company or personal vehicles
• Organize and prioritize multiple deliveries to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with team members and management to support operational goals and continuous improvement initiatives

• Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license
• Minimum 2 years of driving history if 18 years old; 1 year of driving history if 19 years or older
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle that meets company standards for delivery operations
• Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check meeting company-specific safety standards
• Must pass a criminal background check
• Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deliveries
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
• Proficiency with GPS navigation systems and mobile delivery applications
• Physical capability to safely lift, carry, and load packages of varying sizes
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to meeting delivery schedules
• Valid knowledge of vehicle maintenance and ability to perform basic upkeep
• Demonstrated ability to work independently while remaining collaborative with team members
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to customer satisfaction
