We're looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Delivery Driver to join our team at our Overland, United States location (9511 Lackland Rd). As a Delivery Driver, you'll be the face of our organization, bringing exceptional service directly to our customers' doors. This is an excellent opportunity to work independently while being part of a supportive team that values efficiency, professionalism, and customer satisfaction. • Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in assigned routes throughout the Overland area
• Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient service to all customers
• Maintain accurate delivery records, including customer signatures, delivery times, and any special instructions
• Provide friendly, professional customer service and represent our organization positively at every stop
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the vehicle is safe and roadworthy
• Handle products with care, ensuring items arrive in excellent condition
• Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding any delays, issues, or customer concerns
• Comply with all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while operating the vehicle
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior and cargo area
• Build positive relationships with customers and handle inquiries or concerns with empathy and professionalism

• Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license
• Minimum 2 years of verifiable driving history
• Must possess access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposes
• Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check meeting company-specific standards
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Customer-focused mindset with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Ability to work independently and meet delivery goals consistently
• Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge and responsibility for vehicle upkeep
• Flexibility to adapt to changing routes and delivery schedules
• Reliable transportation and commitment to punctuality
• Willingness to pass a criminal background check
• A positive attitude and genuine desire to provide exceptional customer service
