• Oversee daily store operations and manage shifts effectively to ensure consistent service delivery

• Ensure high standards of food quality, safety, and sanitation are maintained at all times
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer inquiries or concerns with empathy and professionalism

• Manage inventory levels, analyze stock data, and place orders as needed to optimize operations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming work environment that reflects our brand standards

• Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably in the food service industry
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional, and empathetic demeanor
• Excellent money management abilities and proficiency with basic mathematical calculations
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across all levels
• Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail in all tasks
• Solid knowledge of food safety regulations, practices, and sanitation standards
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Physical capability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
• Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills
• Experience with inventory management and order placement
• Demonstrated ability to train, mentor, and develop team members
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
