We're looking for dedicated and customer-focused Delivery Experts to join our team at our Louisville, United States location. As a Delivery Expert, you'll be the face of our organization, ensuring that every customer receives their orders promptly, safely, and with a smile. This role combines operational excellence with genuine customer care, requiring you to navigate the Louisville area efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and service quality.

• Safely transport and deliver orders to customers' homes and businesses while adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations
• Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor and addressing customer inquiries or concerns with empathy
• Accurately handle cash and credit card transactions, ensuring all payments are processed correctly and securely
• Assist with order preparation, packaging, and quality verification to ensure accuracy before departure
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of your delivery vehicle while adhering to food safety and company standards
• Navigate through various traffic conditions and weather patterns to meet delivery time expectations and maintain schedule efficiency
• Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management to resolve any delivery-related issues promptly
• Troubleshoot and problem-solve delivery challenges, demonstrating resilience and adaptability in fast-paced environments
• Collaborate with team members during peak hours to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Maintain detailed records of deliveries, customer interactions, and any incidents or concerns
• Demonstrate knowledge of local roads, traffic patterns, and optimal routes throughout the Louisville area

• Valid driver's license with a minimum of 1-2 years of verified driving history
• Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check (MVR) meeting company-specific standards
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for deliveries
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple deliveries and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude and genuine commitment to customer satisfaction
• Proficiency with basic math for handling cash transactions and calculating change accurately
• Thorough knowledge of local roads, traffic patterns, and navigation within the Louisville area
• Physical ability to lift, carry, and transport orders of varying weights safely
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and peak business hours
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on order accuracy, food safety compliance, and attention to quality
