We're looking for reliable, customer-focused professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional service to our community. As a Delivery Driver, you'll be the face of our organization, bringing smiles to customers' doors while managing efficient routes throughout the neighborhood. • Safely operate an insured vehicle to deliver products to customers in assigned territories throughout Louisville
• Plan and execute efficient delivery routes to maximize productivity and minimize travel time
• Provide friendly, professional customer service at each delivery point, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation, including customer signatures and payment processing
• Perform pre-delivery and post-delivery vehicle inspections to ensure safety and proper maintenance
• Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding delivery status, delays, or customer concerns
• Handle cash and digital payments securely and accurately
• Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while operating a vehicle
• Build positive relationships with customers and represent the company's brand with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Organize and manage delivery items to prevent damage and ensure timely arrivals

• Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license
• Minimum 2 years of driving history with a clean Motor Vehicle Record meeting company-specific standards
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposes
• Must pass a comprehensive criminal background check and Motor Vehicle Record Check
• Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple deliveries
• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
• Proficiency with GPS navigation systems and route planning tools
• Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality
• Physical capability to safely lift, carry, and deliver items of varying weights
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently while remaining responsive to team coordination
• Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and delivery demands
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to customer satisfaction
• Preferred: Previous delivery or customer-facing experience
