We're looking for reliable, customer-focused professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional service to our community. As a Delivery Driver, you'll be the face of our organization, bringing smiles to customers' doors while managing efficient routes and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism. • Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers throughout the Louisville area, following all traffic laws and company safety protocols
• Plan and execute efficient delivery routes to maximize productivity and minimize delivery times
• Provide friendly, professional customer service at each delivery stop, addressing customer inquiries and concerns with empathy and enthusiasm
• Maintain accurate delivery records, including customer signatures, delivery confirmations, and any special instructions or issues
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the vehicle is in safe, roadworthy condition
• Handle products with care, ensuring items arrive in excellent condition and are delivered to the correct locations
• Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding route changes, delays, or customer concerns
• Maintain a clean, organized vehicle interior and exterior at all times
• Meet delivery targets and performance goals while upholding company standards and values
• Represent the organization positively through professional appearance, courteous behavior, and reliable attendance

• Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license
• Minimum 2 years of verifiable driving history
• Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check meeting company-specific standards
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle approved for commercial delivery use
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and professional work ethic
• Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds regularly
• Proficiency with GPS navigation systems and route planning tools
• Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge and ability to perform minor troubleshooting
• Customer-focused mindset with a positive, friendly attitude
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Valid proof of insurance for personal vehicle used for delivery purposes
• Willingness to pass a criminal background check
