• Deliver products to customers in a timely, professional, and courteous manner while maintaining accurate delivery records
• Navigate assigned delivery routes efficiently using GPS and mapping technology to optimize time management
• Communicate clearly with customers, addressing inquiries and ensuring a positive experience with every interaction
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform basic maintenance checks to ensure safe, reliable transportation
• Handle cash and digital payment transactions accurately and securely
• Organize and prioritize multiple deliveries throughout your shift, adapting to changing circumstances with resilience
• Follow all traffic laws and company safety protocols to ensure personal and public safety
• Provide detailed feedback on delivery attempts and customer interactions to support continuous improvement
• Collaborate with team members and management to meet daily delivery goals and operational targets
• Represent our brand professionally in all customer-facing situations, building trust and loyalty

• Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license
• Minimum 2 years of driving history if 18 years old; minimum 1 year of driving history if 19 years or older
• Access to an insured vehicle in good working condition that can be used for delivery purposes
• Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check meeting company-specific standards
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to meeting delivery schedules
• Proficiency with GPS navigation and mobile technology
• Physical capability to safely lift and carry deliveries
• Professional demeanor and positive attitude
• Ability to work flexibly across various shifts and adapt to business demands
• Valid proof of insurance for personal vehicle used for deliveries
