We're looking for a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team at our Godfrey, United States location. In this role, you'll be the face of our organization, delivering quality service and smiles to our customers throughout the Godfrey area. As a Delivery Driver, you'll play a crucial part in our mission to provide exceptional delivery experiences while maintaining efficiency and professionalism on every route.

• Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in assigned delivery areas within Godfrey and surrounding regions
• Plan and execute efficient delivery routes using GPS navigation and route optimization tools
• Provide friendly, professional customer service at each delivery stop, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate delivery records, including signatures, timestamps, and delivery confirmations
• Inspect vehicle condition daily and report any maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly
• Handle packages with care, ensuring products arrive in excellent condition
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status, delays, or customer concerns
• Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while operating company vehicles
• Organize and manage multiple deliveries efficiently to meet daily performance goals
• Build positive relationships with customers and represent the organization professionally at all times

• Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license
• Minimum 2 years of verifiable driving history
• Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check meeting company-specific standards
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery operations
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with GPS navigation systems and basic technology
• Ability to lift, carry, and safely handle packages weighing up to 50 pounds regularly
• Valid proof of insurance for personal vehicle used for deliveries
• Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality
• Professional attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to customer satisfaction
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Clear communication skills and ability to follow directions
• Physical capability to perform delivery duties, including walking and climbing stairs
