We're looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Delivery Driver to join our team at our Columbia location (1125 Columbia Center Drive). As a Delivery Driver, you'll be the face of our organization, delivering quality service and smiles to our customers throughout the Columbia area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who values flexibility, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring timely and professional deliveries while building positive relationships with our community.

• Operate a vehicle safely and efficiently to deliver products to customers within assigned routes
• Navigate local streets and neighborhoods using GPS technology and route optimization tools
• Manage delivery schedules to ensure timely arrivals and maintain customer satisfaction
• Communicate professionally with customers, addressing inquiries and concerns with a friendly demeanor
• Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation for each route
• Inspect vehicle condition before and after each shift, reporting any maintenance issues promptly
• Handle products with care, ensuring items arrive in excellent condition
• Follow all traffic laws and company safety protocols to maintain a clean driving record
• Organize deliveries efficiently to maximize route productivity and minimize fuel consumption
• Provide exceptional customer service, representing our brand positively in every interaction

• Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license
• Minimum 2 years of driving history with a clean Motor Vehicle Record meeting company standards
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposes
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and Motor Vehicle Record verification
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Physical capability to load, unload, and carry delivery items
• Proficiency with GPS navigation systems and mobile technology
• Reliable and punctual with a commitment to meeting delivery schedules
• Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and genuine customer-focused mindset
• Resilience and ability to work independently while maintaining quality standards
• Preferred: Familiarity with the Columbia area and local geography
• Preferred: Previous delivery or customer service experience
• Preferred: Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and basic troubleshooting
