We're looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Delivery Driver to join our team at our Fairview Heights location. As a Delivery Driver, you'll be the face of our organization, delivering quality service and smiles to our customers throughout the community. • Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in assigned routes within Fairview Heights and surrounding areas
• Navigate routes efficiently using GPS and mapping technology to optimize delivery times and fuel consumption
• Load, unload, and transport packages while ensuring products arrive in excellent condition
• Provide friendly, professional customer service at each delivery point, addressing customer inquiries and concerns
• Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation, including signatures and delivery confirmations
• Perform vehicle maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues or safety concerns promptly
• Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies to ensure safe driving practices
• Manage time effectively to meet delivery schedules and performance targets
• Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding route changes, delays, or customer issues
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior and exterior

• Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license
• Minimum 2 years of driving history with a clean Motor Vehicle Record meeting company standards
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposes
• Ability to lift, carry, and transport packages weighing up to 50 pounds regularly
• Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple deliveries
• Proficiency with GPS navigation systems and basic technology
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to meeting delivery schedules
• Knowledge of traffic safety regulations and defensive driving practices
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Must pass a criminal background check and Motor Vehicle Record Check
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and genuine enthusiasm for customer service
