We're looking for a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team in Red Bud, United States. In this role, you'll be the face of our organization, ensuring that every delivery is completed safely, efficiently, and with a friendly demeanor. As a Delivery Driver, you'll play a crucial part in creating positive customer experiences while maintaining our high standards of service and professionalism.

• Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in a timely and professional manner
• Plan and optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and minimize travel time
• Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation for all shipments
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers courteously and addressing any questions or concerns
• Inspect vehicles daily to ensure they are in safe, working condition and report any maintenance issues promptly
• Handle packages with care, ensuring products arrive in excellent condition
• Navigate using GPS and mapping technology to locate delivery addresses accurately
• Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company driving policies
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status and any obstacles encountered
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent our organization positively at all times

• Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license
• Minimum 2 years of driving history if 18 years old; minimum 1 year of driving history if 19 years or older
• Must have access to an insured vehicle that meets company standards for delivery use
• Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check, meeting company-specific safety standards
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities to meet delivery schedules
• Proficiency with GPS and mapping technology for route navigation
• Physical capability to safely lift, carry, and load packages of varying sizes
• Knowledge of traffic laws and commitment to safe driving practices
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
• Preferred: Previous delivery or customer service experience
