We're looking for a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team at our Granite City location on Madison Ave. As a Delivery Driver, you'll be the face of our organization, bringing quality service and smiles to our customers' doorsteps. • Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers throughout assigned routes in a timely and professional manner
• Navigate routes efficiently using GPS technology and local knowledge to optimize delivery times and fuel consumption
• Inspect vehicle condition before and after each shift, reporting any maintenance issues promptly
• Handle packages with care, ensuring products arrive in excellent condition and are delivered to the correct addresses
• Provide friendly, courteous customer service at each delivery point, addressing customer inquiries and concerns with empathy
• Maintain accurate delivery records, including signatures, timestamps, and any special delivery instructions
• Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies to ensure safe driving practices
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding route updates, delays, or customer feedback
• Organize and load vehicles efficiently to maximize delivery capacity and minimize handling time
• Represent the organization professionally at all times, building positive relationships with customers and the community

• Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license
• Minimum 2 years of verifiable driving history
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle that meets company standards for delivery operations
• Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check meeting company-specific standards
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Physical capability to safely lift, carry, and handle packages of varying sizes
• Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and professional work ethic
• Knowledge of local traffic laws, road safety regulations, and defensive driving practices
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Positive attitude, customer-focused mindset, and willingness to go the extra mile
• Ability to work independently while remaining responsive to team communication
• Valid proof of insurance for personal vehicle used for delivery purposes
