We're looking for a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team in Granite City, United States. As a Delivery Driver, you'll be the face of our organization, delivering quality service and smiles to our customers with every stop. • Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in assigned routes within the Granite City area
• Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient service to all customers
• Maintain accurate delivery records, including customer signatures, delivery times, and any special instructions
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers professionally, answering questions, and addressing concerns with empathy and transparency
• Inspect vehicle condition before and after each shift, reporting any maintenance issues promptly
• Handle packages and products with care, ensuring items arrive in excellent condition
• Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies to maintain a safe driving record
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status, delays, or customer feedback
• Organize and load vehicles efficiently to maximize delivery capacity and minimize travel time
• Remain flexible and adaptable to changing schedules, route adjustments, and business demands

• Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license
• Minimum 2 years of verifiable driving history
• Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check meeting company-specific standards
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for commercial delivery purposes
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency with GPS navigation systems and route planning tools
• Physical capability to lift, carry, and handle packages safely
• Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and professional work ethic
• Customer service orientation with a positive, friendly attitude
• Ability to work independently while remaining goal-oriented and results-driven
• Valid proof of insurance for personal vehicle used for delivery
• Willingness to pass a criminal background check
