Domino's global communications and community team brings our Hungry for MORE strategy to life by sharing the stories of our people, franchisees, and brand with audiences around the world. The team connects the people behind our brand to the mission, values, and operational updates that drive success across corporate offices, supply chain hubs, and restaurants. You will work with professionals whose backgrounds include communications strategy, public relations, graphic design, community, and event production.

As Manager, Internal Communications, you will design and execute internal communication strategy across restaurant, supply chain, and franchisee audiences. You will connect corporate leadership with frontline audiences and manage a complex ecosystem of digital channels to deliver clear, timely, actionable messages. This dynamic role requires project management, cross-functional partnership, strategic communications, and analytics experience.

What You'll Do

  • Design and execute a comprehensive internal communications strategy, and lead, coach, and develop internal communication specialists who create communication plans and campaigns for internal audiences and initiatives.
  • Lead and develop talent on the direct team and across the broader organization.
  • Manage and optimize the internal digital channel ecosystem, including the intranet, team member app, corporate email, push notifications, SMS text, and digital signage.
  • Partner with franchisees to deliver clear, actionable, and timely business updates that support operational success and strengthen brand alignment.
  • Translate supply chain and operational information, including logistics updates, inventory changes, and distribution milestones, into simple, scannable, mobile-first communications for frontline team members.
  • Draft rapid, accurate emergency communications for team members and franchisees, and apply sound visual judgment to content for digital signage and the employee app.
  • Measure channel engagement, test message resonance, identify opportunities to communicate global messages, and use data to improve readership, content strategy, and operational compliance.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing internal, corporate, or franchisee communications.
  • Proven success managing and scaling modern internal communication tools and leading multichannel project plans, such as employee apps, SMS platforms, push notifications, and digital signage.
  • Exceptional ability to tailor tone, format, and complexity for different audiences, from executive leadership to frontline restaurant workers.
  • Track record of translating complex operational logistics into simple, scannable, and actionable copy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and knowledge of content management systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Ability to travel occasionally, estimated at less than 5%.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the retail, hospitality, or restaurant industries.
  • Two years of experience managing direct or indirect team members.
