This Location is in urgent need of a General Manager with Quick service/Food service Experience!

Job Duties:

  • Managers will lead a Delivery and Kitchen Crew in execution of daily kitchen operations.
  • Kitchen Operations: opening & closing the store, assist customers over the phones & over the counter, prepare & cook customer's orders, food prep, stocking & rotating, maintaining cleanliness/cleaning, monitoring and meeting service times and performance goals.
  • Managers will conduct administrative responsibilities.
  • Administrative Tasks: Inventory, Food Ordering, Scheduling, running and sending end of day reports, handling customer concerns and managing employees.
  • Managers must have awareness of-and be able to meet food cost and labor cost goals.

Requirements:

  • Requirements: Must be ready to learn to Run Shifts with familiarity of Domino's or similar style Store Procedures.
  • Must have attention for detail & food quality.
  • Must be able to Work and Lead in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have good customer service skills.
  • Must have good communication skills.
  • Must display maturity, patience and good people skills.
  • The ability to lift 50lbs with good mobility will be needed for this job.
  • Basic computer and math skills.

Details/Pay:

  • Managers that are ready to learn to run shifts will receive starting pay between $17 and $18 hourly, based on the extent of pizza kitchen experience. Starting wage can increase with an assessment that will include dough handling skills, product quality tests, food, labor, inventory and scheduling awareness, as well as some additional general knowledge of management.
  • We deploy a training system that has seen our trainees realizing pay increases and position advancement in a matter of just a couple of months, (based on personal skill level).
  • Ultimately this position can lead to a full GM Position which Pays $55,000 Flat yearly Salary with 12.5% of EBITA monthly bonuses on top.

Qualifications

At least 3 years of food service management experience with a quick-service restaurant or similar style facility.
