Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven General Manager to lead our operations at our St. Louis, United States location. In this pivotal leadership role, you will oversee all aspects of business operations, drive strategic initiatives, and foster a high-performing organizational culture. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional decision-making abilities, operational excellence, and a commitment to achieving organizational objectives while inspiring and developing a talented team.
- Develop and execute strategic plans aligned with organizational goals and market opportunities
- Oversee all operational functions, including finance, human resources, sales, and customer service
- Manage budgets, analyze financial performance, and drive profitability and operational efficiency
- Lead, mentor, and develop management and staff teams to achieve performance targets and career growth
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure organizational success
- Make decisive, data-driven decisions to address operational challenges and capitalize on business opportunities
- Maintain stakeholder relationships with customers, vendors, partners, and corporate leadership
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Implement and customize operational processes to enhance productivity and service quality
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
Qualifications
- Proven track record of successfully managing P&L responsibilities and driving profitability

- Proficiency in budget management, financial analysis, and performance metrics

- Experience managing multi-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to customize and implement operational improvements
- Preferred: Experience in multi-site or multi-location management
- Preferred: Background in the specific industry relevant to the organization
