Our Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) are the first point of contact with our customers. We value their commitment to exceptional customer service, enthusiastic attitude, and the ability to assist customers through the ordering process. In this role, CSRs also gain valuable experience by assisting with in-store duties and learning the pizza delivery business.

Job Description

Compensation & Hours
• Hourly Base Pay: Our CSRs will earn an hourly base pay of $12.80.
• Work Hours: CSRs primarily work on the weekends and in the evenings. This is an ideal part-time position for an after-school job, second job, or summer job. Schedules are flexible, and we will always try to work with you.

Domino's Pizza is committed to promoting from within; many of our General Managers started as drivers, and many started as CSRs. This role is a stepping stone to advancement into our Management Development Program.

Qualifications

Successful applicants must possess the following:
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have valid U.S employment authorization.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Some computer experience is helpful.
• Ability to multitask.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Physical Requirements
This role requires physical activity, including but not limited to the following:

Standing and Walking:
• Most tasks are performed while standing.
• Delivery personnel must travel between the store, the delivery vehicle, and the customer's location.

Lifting and Carrying:
• Lifting cases of ingredients and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds. Cases are usually lifted from the floor and stacked onto shelves up to 72" high.
• Carrying bulk items, such as pizza sauce weighing 30 pounds.
• Carrying three trays of pizza dough, approximately 12 pounds per tray, over short distances.
• Carrying pizzas and beverages during delivery.

Bending, Stooping, and Squatting:
• Forward bending at the waist is necessary at the pizza assembly station, the front counter, and when stocking ingredients.
• Crouching or squatting is performed occasionally to stock shelves and clean low areas.

Reaching:
• Reaching occurs continuously (up, down, and forward).
• Occasional reaching above 72" is required to turn on/off oven controls, change prices on signs, and lift or lower objects to and from shelves.

Pushing/Pulling:
• Moving trays on dollies requires a force of up to 7.5 pounds.

Climbing:
• Team members must occasionally navigate stairs or climb a ladder for maintenance, such as changing prices on signs or washing walls.

Equipment Used:
• Team members may be required to utilize pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutter, and pizza peel.
