- Lead and manage store operations during assigned shifts, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to company standards
- Supervise, train, and motivate team members while providing constructive feedback and support for their professional development
- Interact professionally and courteously with customers, addressing inquiries and concerns with empathy and a customer-focused approach
- Handle cash management, including processing transactions, reconciling registers, and maintaining accurate financial records
- Answer phones, take orders, and manage customer communications in a friendly and efficient manner
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment by overseeing cleaning duties and operational standards
- Assist with inventory management, stock rotation, and supply ordering as needed
- Resolve conflicts and challenges with a decisive yet collaborative approach

- Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 pounds and standing for extended periods

Qualifications
- Proven leadership and team management experience in a fast-paced retail or food service environment
- Strong math and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle financial transactions accurately

- Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills (preferred)
