We're looking for a dynamic and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team at our Sherman location. As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a crucial role in driving operational excellence and fostering a positive, high-performing team environment. - Lead, mentor, and develop team members to achieve individual and organizational goals
- Oversee daily operations and ensure adherence to quality, sanitation, and safety standards
- Manage inventory control and implement cost-control measures to optimize profitability
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service delivery
- Train and onboard new team members, providing ongoing coaching and performance feedback
- Handle high-volume periods efficiently while maintaining service quality and team morale
- Analyze operational metrics and implement data-driven improvements
- Communicate transparently with management and team members to foster an inclusive workplace

Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a minimum of 2 years driving experience (if 18 years old) or 1 year (if 19 years or older)
- Clean driving record with no major violations
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Dependable vehicle with current proof of auto insurance
- Demonstrated desire and ability to lead and motivate people
- Proven experience in team management or supervisory role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Problem-solving and analytical mindset with sound judgment
- Customer service excellence and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
