- Lead and supervise shifts, ensuring smooth daily operations and adherence to company standards
- Manage employee scheduling, training, and performance to build a motivated and efficient team
- Handle cash management, including register reconciliation, deposits, and financial accuracy
- Interact professionally and empathetically with customers to resolve concerns and ensure satisfaction
- Answer phones, take orders, and provide accurate information in a timely manner
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization, setting an example for team members
- Analyze operational metrics and identify opportunities for improvement and cost optimization
