Job Description

- Oversee and manage daily store operations during assigned shifts
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer inquiries or concerns
- Supervise, train, and motivate team members to maintain high performance standards
- Manage cash handling and financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and security
- Coordinate inventory management and stock replenishment

- Support the store manager in achieving sales targets and operational objectives

Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail or food service management (preferred)

- Proficiency in cash handling and basic financial management

- Flexible availability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Demonstrated organizational and multitasking skills
