Job Description
Domino's Pizza is seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Assistant Manager to join our team at our 8544 Watson Rd location in St. Louis, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a crucial role in leading our team, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving store performance.
- Lead and motivate a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, quality control, and customer service
- Train and develop team members on company policies, procedures, and best practices
- Manage shift schedules and ensure appropriate staffing levels
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently
- Assist in implementing marketing strategies and promotions to drive sales
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve performance targets and improve store metrics
- Assist in financial management, including cash handling, deposits, and basic reporting
- Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and safety standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Driver's license with 2 years of driving experience if 18 or 1 year if {AGE} or older
- Clean driving record and ability to pass a criminal background check
- Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance
- Strong leadership skills and a desire to guide and develop team members
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Customer-focused mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in food service or retail management is preferred
