Job Description

Domino's Pizza is seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Assistant Manager to join our team at our 8544 Watson Rd location in St. Louis, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a crucial role in leading our team, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving store performance.

  • Lead and motivate a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment
  • Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, quality control, and customer service
  • Train and develop team members on company policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Manage shift schedules and ensure appropriate staffing levels
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently
  • Assist in implementing marketing strategies and promotions to drive sales
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve performance targets and improve store metrics
  • Assist in financial management, including cash handling, deposits, and basic reporting
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and safety standards

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Driver's license with 2 years of driving experience if 18 or 1 year if {AGE} or older
  • Clean driving record and ability to pass a criminal background check
  • Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance
  • Strong leadership skills and a desire to guide and develop team members
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Customer-focused mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in food service or retail management is preferred
