Job Description

Join our team as an Assistant Manager at our Domino's Pizza location in Wentzville, United States! We're seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to help lead our store operations and drive success. As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction, team development, and operational excellence.

  • Assist in managing daily store operations, including scheduling, inventory control, and cost management
  • Lead and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high product quality standards
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Support the store manager in implementing company policies, procedures, and promotional initiatives
  • Participate in team member training and development programs
  • Monitor and maintain store cleanliness and organization
  • Assist in financial reporting, including cash handling and end-of-day reconciliation
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve sales targets and improve store performance
  • Adapt to a fast-paced environment and make quick, sound decisions during busy periods

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced retail or food service environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-pressure environment
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Valid driver's license with 2 years of driving experience if {AGE} or 1 year if 19 or older
  • Clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check
  • Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
  • ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain (preferred)
