Job Description
Join our team as an Assistant Manager at our Domino's Pizza location in Wentzville, United States! We're seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to help lead our store operations and drive success. As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction, team development, and operational excellence.
- Assist in managing daily store operations, including scheduling, inventory control, and cost management
- Lead and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high product quality standards
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Support the store manager in implementing company policies, procedures, and promotional initiatives
- Participate in team member training and development programs
- Monitor and maintain store cleanliness and organization
- Assist in financial reporting, including cash handling and end-of-day reconciliation
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve sales targets and improve store performance
- Adapt to a fast-paced environment and make quick, sound decisions during busy periods
Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced retail or food service environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Detail-oriented with a focus on operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-pressure environment
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Valid driver's license with 2 years of driving experience if {AGE} or 1 year if 19 or older
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain (preferred)
