Job Description
We are seeking a friendly and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Manteno, United States location. As a Customer Service Rep, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
- Answer incoming customer calls, emails, and chat messages in a timely and professional manner
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with empathy and patience
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues
- Document customer interactions and update account information in our customer service software
- Identify and escalate priority issues when necessary
- Provide suggestions for improving customer service processes and procedures
- Maintain a positive and supportive attitude while handling multiple tasks simultaneously
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in customer service software and basic computer skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Patient and empathetic demeanor with a genuine desire to help others
- Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
- Strong team player with a positive attitude
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed
