Job Description
Join our dynamic team as an Assistant Manager at our 3930 Lindell Blvd location in St. Louis! We're looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented leader to help drive our success in this fast-paced environment.
- Assist in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow
- Lead and motivate team members to achieve performance goals
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer inquiries or concerns
- Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Participate in staff training and development initiatives
- Assist in scheduling and managing staff to meet business needs
- Contribute to creating a positive work environment and team culture
- Collaborate with the General Manager on strategic planning and goal-setting
- Handle cash management and financial reporting responsibilities
Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
- Customer service orientation with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and point-of-sale systems
- Valid driver's license with 2 years of experience if under {AGE}, or 1 year if {AGE} or older
- Clean driving record and ability to pass a criminal background check
- Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Familiarity with the St. Louis area and local customer preferences is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college education is preferred
- Previous experience in the food service or retail industry is advantageous
