Job Description
Domino's Pizza is seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Assistant Manager to join our team at 2256 S Grand Blvd in St. Louis, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a crucial role in leading our store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving team performance.
- Lead and motivate a team of employees, fostering a positive and efficient work environment
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, quality control, and customer service
- Train and develop team members on company policies, procedures, and best practices
- Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Assist in implementing marketing strategies and promotional activities to drive sales
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve performance targets and improve store metrics
- Handle cash management and basic accounting tasks
- Participate in the hiring and onboarding process for new team members
- Adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with 2 years of driving experience if under {AGE}, or 1 year if {AGE} or older
- Clean driving record and ability to pass a criminal background check
- Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance
- Strong leadership skills and a desire to guide and develop others
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven problem-solving abilities and sound judgment
- Basic computer proficiency for managing store systems and reports
- Customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Food service experience, particularly in pizza or fast food operations, is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a high-pressure setting
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude and enthusiasm for the role
